For me - I want to.. ahem.. make that WILL release 4 lbs. It may not seem like much, but I've wandered so far afield of where I should be, 4 may be tough to do.
I'm going to do this by stopping my "I'm grumpy at the world so screw it I'm going to eat whatever I want" nonsense and start eating smart again.
I'm also going to start moving more, again.
Essentially, get over myself and get on with living as and being the person I want to be.
