It is amazing I met my Feb. Weight goal with pounds to spare. Feb found me with lower back problems and a bad cold right after for the remaining week. My workouts suffered but my calorie intake was well withing calorie range.
March goals is to do my best to get in shape well enough to finish the Shamrock Run. (I am so out of shape!!
My March weight-loss goal is to lose 6 lbs.
Exercise: C25K training 3X/Week 45 min. each secession.
Rowing Stationery equipment 3X/week 30 min. each secession.
Weights 2X/week 30 min each secession.
