Hiked in Forest Park today, but did not run...I'm actually afraid to try. I think I'll be hitting the school track in the next couple days, it may be the only place I won't be afraid of falling, or of cars. This cannot turn into a phobia...no way...no how...

I wondered how you were doing Robin! Bet the 13th can't come soon enough for you.

February will be interesting. I fell down at the WHAT? run last month and broke my arm. No running until the 13th, and then I'll still have to wear the splint. Focusing right now on GOOD nutrition and walking when I can.

I am happy with my weight loss goals for January. I actually exceeded my 10 lb weight-loss goal by 4 lbs with a loss of 14 lbs.
Now I am looking at the goal of weight-loss for Feb. 6 lbs. to be achieved by:
---Nutrition: Log nutrition daily and stay within calorie range of 1700-2100 calories.
---Fitness: Goal is to burn 5500 calories/week deficit.
---Complete SparkPoints goals daily including but not limited to reading articles in nutrition and fitness.
---Sign-up for Shamrock 5K Run.
