Not much of a sugar or sweetener problem but I am sure there are areas I could watch closer. Since I eat mostly home-cooked meals I do not add sugars. Like Gaye says if it were sodium that would be another matter.

Great idea Candy. I just don't have a huge sugar problem. Now, if it was sodium that might be another matter, or cheese.

Parameters are still being laid out (and there may be an allowance made for Valentine's Day) but I wanted to toss this out there to y'all to think about before the start on February 1st.
