How did everyone do?

I got all my water in, and all my ffreggies! I didn't make the 10 minutes activity though. Bummer.
Here's to making up for it today and tomorrow.

Hey team! Let's make this holiday just a little more interesting, shall we?

For this coming Thanksgiving day, I challenge you to....

~ drink your 8 cups of water (or whatever your goal amount of water is normally)
emoticon
~ get at least 10 minutes of exercise (indoors, outdoors, cardio, strength, whatever you want - just make it a minimum of 10 minutes)

~ eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies

~ come back after the festivities and recovery and let us know how you did!
