My computer is back. Found a almost brother, We have known each other for decades. We have been catching up. His daughters were flower girls at our wedding.

This month I begin the taper into training for a fitness/bodybuilding competition 3/30/13, I hope to stay on track

I have a very large tree raking daily is going to go on for a while, Then the gum every now and then.
Get back into my running schedule. Saturday was Day 1, tomorrow will be Day 2.

Yesterday, Halloween, was the FIRST time I haven't indulged in chocolate candy on that day. I'm gonna keep it up throughout the month.
Restart my "restart" restarted C25K program. Try to be in of shape for the Shamrock run, and Race for the Roses. (Assuming my knees are healthy)
