I've been way from SparkPeople for about 3 months. My goals for August are to get back in the groove, get refocused, and continue on my journey.
- Stick to my half-marathon training plan (running the PDX half-marathon in October)
- At least 30 minutes in the gym on non-running days
- Limit eating out to 2 meals per week
- Lose 8lbs by September 1st. This is ambitious, but I believe that a lot of what I have gained in the past 3 months is water weight and will shed quickly.
