Nutrition - get back on track, yet again, and stop with the over-indulging at night. So let's say.. staying within nutritional range 5 out of 7 days.
For the soul - I've recently joined the volunteer staff at Oregon Humane Society, so I'll be nourishing my soul by taking training classes and working with the staff and four-legged residents of OHS this month.
I'm also going work on letting go of negativity and finding and embracing the positive, no matter how small.
