It's a Biggest Looser Challenge team. It's a private team except during open registration. The 19th round starts in just a few weeks. The team has about 12 different squads (you can read about them through the link). There's challenges within squads and across squads. Things like eat 5 freggies a day, 30 fitness minutes a day, post on a squad members page. They can vary all over the place but it's all related to health, good eating, exercise and loosing weight.
