I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving emails. Do you mean ANY emails at all, or team emails?
You can check your settings in the following places.
First, go to your My Trackers home page, and then click on
Account / E-Mail Preferences ----this link. it's on the left-hand side of the page.
Click on the Email tab, and make sure the appropriate boxes are checked to receive Spark emails. That's also the location where you can manage your blog subscriptions and your discussion thread subscriptions.
Next click on the Community tab, and go through those various options to make sure everything is selected/check marked appropriately. I have heard it suggested that you uncheck boxes, save your settings, then go back in and check the boxes again to jog the system's memory of what you want it to do.
Give this a try and let's hope this causes the system to start sending emails again. If it doesn't, we can go to the Tech Support discussion threads and see if we can't get you some help.
