Got to the gym yesterday, my goal is to go at least 3-4 times this week! and apply for 2 jobs and tape off some more things in my house to get ready for the drywallers and get all my tax stuff done before Friday morning!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. I have been working on 6 glasses of water a day. 8 istoo much for me.With Husbands new schedual we have not decided, 3:30 am looks like it might be best right now.

Well, after the bout of food poisoning a week or so ago and the inevitable chowing down after I felt better from that to try to get my strength back, I am back on track this month! My weight chart for March looks like a seismic datalogger after an earthquake! This week I have been totally on track with my meal plans and Zumba classes, so I'm pretty pleased that things are starting to hum along normally as the week is ending.

DD is flying out Saturday morning, she is moving to the Las Vegas area to stay with relatives while she looks for a job. I know it's inevitable that kids grow up and move out, I was just hoping she'd stay up here for a while longer until she really got her feet under her, but she's going to do what she's going to do. So I really need a lot to do this weekend to keep my mind occupied so I won't eat for consolation-good thing Saturday is St. Patrick's Day and I have a bunch of friends to be with and distract me! Still need to lose a couple more pounds this month, so I'm trying to psyche myself up to be very good this weekend, food wise, and I've already got a pint of Guinness on the food plan so I won't go over my calories this weekend!

One of my BLC18 second half goals is to do strength training a minimum of 20 minutes 5 times a week. I broke my streak oncein the last 4 weeks but I'm back on track and going strong.

I am so ready for some sun!

Go to the gym at least once a week. Eat more than 1000 cal of healthy food a day.

I'm still going strong with my eating habits--having some real successes with the No-S plan and still staying away from sugar. So far this is getting to be a successful March.

I forgot to mention sugar. I have stopped my daily chocolate habit (my biggest source of sugar) since about the middle of February--I know, I know, some chocolate is good for us. But hey, cocoa nibs are the only "good" chocolate and that isn't what I was doing. I would eat a quarter or a third of a 55% up to 85% chocolate bar every day. DARN! living in Portland gives me access to all the world's very best chocolate. Okay, I'll still have some chocolate sometimes but NOT EVERY DAY! for goodness sakes. I keep a little jar of cocoa nibs on my desk. But while I'm having this dental work done I don't even want to touch those crunchy little things.

My goals for March are to:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water every day. (I drank a lot of water in Feb, but only did a full 8 glasses about a week out of last month!)

2. Do more cardio. An extra walk or two a week, an extra cardio video here and there, some high impact dance, whatever. Even if its only an extra ten or fifteen minutes a day, my goal is to add more cardio to every day.

Other than that, I just want to stick to my normal work out routine.May repeat the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge to help keep on track. Keeping it simple this month.

I would just like to be able to get back into some of my smaller clothes and stop feeling bloaty. The bloatiness seems to be subsiding as I cut back on the amount of food I eat at a time and have almost completely (once again!) removed grains from my diet. They seem to creep up!

Yes, March is a grand time to be more of what I really want to be. Need to get exercising again too.
