I'm changing my reporting days to Monday LOL

Challenge 1 – Huddle with team 5 times a week emoticon

Challenge 2 – Read a fellow SparkPortland team mates blog &/or visit their spark page 3 times a week. You can see a list of new blogs scrolling by in the Team’s Stream. emoticon

Challenge 3 – Get Active (cardio and strength training) 3-4 times per week emoticon

Challenge 4 – Drink your water! 8 glasses (or whatever your daily minimum is) emoticon

Challenge 5 – Eat your freggies: try eating 4 or more servings per day. This may include soups, smoothies & juices. However the real thing is ALWAYS best. emoticon

Do you sometimes feel like you need a new goal to work toward, but just can't put your finger on one? How about these team challenges for the month!
