Do you sometimes feel like you need a new goal to work toward, but just can't put your finger on one? How about these team challenges for the month!
Pick and choose the ones you want to do - you don't have to do all of them, or any of them! Totally voluntary of course.
Challenge 1 Huddle with team 5 times a week
Challenge 2 Read a fellow SparkPortland team mates blog &/or visit their spark page 3 times a week. You can see a list of new blogs scrolling by in the Teams Stream.
Challenge 3 Get Active (cardio and strength training) 3-4 times per week
Challenge 4 Drink your water! 8 glasses (or whatever your daily minimum is)
Challenge 5 Eat your freggies: try eating 4 or more servings per day. This may include soups, smoothies & juices. However the real thing is ALWAYS best.
