I got a bit off track these last 2 weeks but now I'm rethinking my goals and what I want to accomplish for March. I'm ready for some nice walking weather, anxious to get down to the waterfront on a sunny day.

I am looking for someone,OR even someones,to walk with ! I live in ne portland, the "GATEWAY" area on 104th! Is there anyone else looking for someone to walk with???? I can not walk super fast through, due to nerve damage on left side! But i still think a nice long walk does a person good at any speed ! emoticon Walking to lose weight !!!

My Feb Goals:
Weight training 6 days per week
Cardio at least 2- 45min sessions per day w/1 active rest day per week
Eating clean w/ 1 cheat meal per week (well not like an entire large pizza)

Attempting to lean out to compete in either bodybuilding or fitness March 31 in vancouver; division will depend on how lean I get. wish me luck I think I will be sore tired and a little hungry until april....... emoticon

Hello! My names Linda and to be completely honest i am a person who gets ahead of my self some times, so my goals for this month are going to be very simply ones to get me started and not over loaded! I have always exspected alot out of my self, so i tend to set my goals to high and way to many,leading to yes FAILURE AND QUITING BEFORE I GET STARTED, ! I want to take my time getting to know the sparks site and all the things they have to offer, learn how to do trackers and blogs ect and be very comfortable with that , i also would like to spend some time reading some storys,other peoples blogs and challenges, and would also like to have some time to interact with some of the sparks members,Then i would like to take this one day at a time with a postive attidute and see where it unfolds! I am looking forward to being a sparks person and meeting lots of great people along the way!! I really believe that" 2012 "is going to be a great new start in many areas of my life !!! My February goals are to continue eating the Paleo eating, continue to drink 3 liters of water daily, and ramp up the exercise (4 times a week of circuit training).

My February goals are-

First, my standing monthly goal for every month until I reach my goal weight is to lose 5 pounds. I think that's going to be a little bit of a challenge in February because #1 there are only 29 days this month! And #2, I finished January with 2 extra pounds lost in this mornings weigh in. I did really well on my eating plan this past weekend and did Zumba Monday and Tuesday this week, so when I weighed in this morning, I was down an extra 2 pounds total. So I'm starting February off at a lower starting point than I planned. But I have decided that that's just the way it is, so I am not going to credit that extra weight to February and "cheat" myself this month into letting myself lose 2 less pounds.

My other February goals are to behave this weekend at a Super Bowl party! Little alcohol, well portioned nibbles, NO GOING OVERBOARD! And a SMALL amount of chocolate on V-day! Being single, that's usually fairly easy as I don't celebrate V-day, but there is always so much chocolate at the grocery store it's hard to resist. So I will allow myself a few pieces ONLY on February 14th within my eating plan, and that's it!

My other February goal is to walk 20 miles. January's weather was very cooperative with my efforts and I was able to walk more than that 20. Not sure how February's weather is going to shake out, but this week is looking good, so I'm going to get a jump on February's 20 this week!

My goals for February are to complete the 28 Day Bootcamp challenge here on Spark, and to walk at least 30 minutes a day outside, rain or shine. On those sunny days we're supposed to get, it's my goal to find a local park and go walking there for longer and not only get my work out in but also have a chance to enjoy all the great green spaces we have in town!

Last month's goal of improved communications paid off. I feel I did a better job of communicating clearly and hope to continue that trend this month.
