I realized I haven't put up my goals for the month yet.
Hmm.. well, I'll continue on with C25K this month. It seems to be working well for me, and I like running 3 times a week without feeling like I HAVE TO RUN FARTHER/FASTER/HARDER.
As for eating.. oy! We have houseguests until Saturday, and they're interested in going out to eat more than not. I'll make the best, healthy choices I can from whatever's on the menu and not sweat it too much.
Come Christmas time, I'm going to do my darnedest not to repeat Thanksgiving and eat far too much or have too many leftovers around to tempt me. Moderation HAS to be my key.
Finally, Spark-wise, I would really like to pull off this volunteer opportunity for the team at the Oregon Food Bank LOL Fingers are crossed!
