Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. Wed 28 6:00-8;30 I am so good at forgetting things I had to wright it somewhere besides my calendar. Going to the gym-club at least once a week. I put on sweats so I could run the leaf vacume and froze my nose ( thought I would say another part of anatomey did you not) off.

I'm going to concentrate on consistently running my 5K under 40 mins. Actually, a long-term goal that I have NO idea how long it will take to achieve is to be able to run 1 full mile without walking. I've gotten to 1/2 mile, but never beyond. Strength, endurance, and form.

Like you I do not want to repeat Thanksgiving food choices. No pumpkin or apple pies this time around. I need to reset my goals with the C25K program now that my knee feels much better than a year ago. If I can get my 5K down to 30 minutes I will be satisfied.

I realized I haven't put up my goals for the month yet.

Hmm.. well, I'll continue on with C25K this month. It seems to be working well for me, and I like running 3 times a week without feeling like I HAVE TO RUN FARTHER/FASTER/HARDER.

As for eating.. oy! We have houseguests until Saturday, and they're interested in going out to eat more than not. I'll make the best, healthy choices I can from whatever's on the menu and not sweat it too much.
Come Christmas time, I'm going to do my darnedest not to repeat Thanksgiving and eat far too much or have too many leftovers around to tempt me. Moderation HAS to be my key.

Finally, Spark-wise, I would really like to pull off this volunteer opportunity for the team at the Oregon Food Bank LOL Fingers are crossed!

Find a new gym. :oP Curse you Fitness International!!
And I have a daily goal of 50 spark points. If I don't work out, it's really hard to meet that unless I happen to spin a couple of 25's, but if that ever happens, I won't be working out anyway, I'll be heading to Vegas.
I need to do weights at least twice a week also.

I had a terrible November!! And several months before that!!. I am looking to reshape my goals starting this month and get my programs back in line for losing weight. Need to set my goals on a couple of favorite 5K's and get back to training. I am so out of shape!! My last 5K was the Turkeython in Tigard and I did a pathetic 45 min!

The date might prove to be difficult, and someone would have to coordinate with the food bank. I'm sorts flexible timewise.

I love your idea. I need to get out and think about others and not be so caught up in my own issues. What dates are open for you??

Goal for me?
Seriously deny the urge to eat crap! The holidays are so full of that stuff and my social eating (over-eating) often goes uncontrolled.

No whimpering here! I posted a calendar right next to my bathroom mirror and am going to track every single day I strength train and cardio-it-out. Which means...time for me to unstick my tush from the couch and get moving!

My goal is cardio 3xs a week through December (more = bonus!) and to continue with my regular strength training. Totally doable, especially if we keep having these beautiful, sunny fall days!

Thanks, Candy, for the inspirational email, it really helps me stay motivated.

My goal is to see it out with a bang, however it's been more of a whimper this last month.
My goals are to learn 3 new recipes, be consistent with my workouts and not overindulge on sweets.
