I have a friend who is a Coke-aholic, and like you, can't quite kick the habit. I know it's hard - my vice used to be Diet Pepsi. What helped me was to make myself a deal. I could have one soda in the evening (caffeine free of course) if and only IF I finished my 8 cups of water during the day. The more I drank my water, the less I craved the soda. Eventually, I just gave it up. I hope you can do the same.
My goals for this month is to stay on track, not completely blow it on Thanksgiving and to always remember how good I feel and how much better I am going to feel 100 lbs lighter - that will keep me motivated. Oh yeah, and a BIG one.. stop drinking Diet Coke. I seem to crave it soo much, I have to admit I am a daily drinker and I know that everything else I am doing is great for my body, so why is this so hard to stop???!!!! Argh! Other than that, feeling great! Enjoying wearing smaller sizes so much! I am GOING to get down 10 more lbs this month! Yay!

I need to quit walking so much and start swimming a couple times a month. I don't do laps because the arm movement of the crawl bothers my arthritis. So I tread water for 30 minutes with some aquatic aerobic in spurts.
For me... I started a 15 day reboot on Saturday, so I'll finish that out through the 11th. I may go for another round, I may intensify the reboot, or not. I don't think I'll return to what use to be my 'normal' eating. This has been too good of an experience for me so far (she says on day 5). I'd like to leave the 220s and enter the 210s.
September and October were low performance months, fitness-wise, so I'm back on the fitness bandwagon again. This means Zumba and ST consistently, and easy runs during the week. The runs can be replaced by bike rides, all depends.
I will, no matter what, at the very least maintain through Thanksgiving. Things are home are so up in the air I have no idea what's happening from one day to the next. There may be a turkey for Tgiving, there may be no family meal at all, and/or anything inbetween.
Oh yea. Let's see if I can maintain my sanity this month as well. That would be nice. C~
What are you determined to do this lovely month of November? Avoid holiday gains? Get in your fitness minutes even if it IS gloomy and wet outside? Maybe you're going to clean out the den/basement/family room that's been waiting patiently for your attention?
