It really depends on what works for you. I know some people's stomachs can't handle eating right away, so they work out first. Personally, I have zero energy and my stomach GROWLS if I don't eat something right away. You can experiment with not eating, eating a little, and eating a lot and see which one works best for your system and happiness!
