OK, #2 is my excuse. I've learned to avoid all those wonderful foods I like but just aren't to healthy (cheese, pate, cured meats, eggnog, baguettes, cheese, pate, butter cookies, prime rib, cheese, pate) most of the year. December is my month to splurge. I try really hard not to go overboard, but I'm still working on last December's 5lb gain. I will NOT do that this year.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency.
