I say this because, I will be doing the "Same Thing", When I Finally reach My Goals". (Which isn't anytime soon) But, I did look @ Your Profile Page & since you are (What I call, In the Last Mile) of Your Journey. I'd be doing some "Heavy Thinking".
I'm not sure what Your Height/BMI says that you should be fer Your Healthy Weight. On Your Page, you put on there, That once you Finally DID meet Your Goal, You'd Think about Losing More.
Based on, That Statement alone, I'd be "Thinking", Very Hard, if you want to keep Losing Weight. Based on what you Decide, (Whether you're Happy @ 190 or Happy @ 180,170) I wouldn't go any further than that, based on Your Bone Structure/ Build from Your Pics. But, it's YOU that has to decide what Goal Weight, you want to be @. I Feel that I will keep Myself with a 10 Lb leeway. My BMI says that I should be @ 140 to be Healthy. And because of Watching the Biggest Loser 2 Seasons ago. I saw how Low Helen got & it Looked Great that she lost the Weight but, she also looked Anorexic. I don't want to ever get so Low in My Weight Loss that I become that way. And Poor Jerry, (The Oldest Constant To Date), OH My Gosh......It was Great to see he Lost the Weight but, He Looked So Much Older, Than he should have been.
I guess what I'm tiring to say is......Do what "YOU" Feel is Best fer "YOU". If it was "ME" (& I'll be @ My Goal, Before the End of Next Year)I'd be "Doing" some Heavy Thinking.(Which, I've already made up My Mind Now. When I Reach My Goal Weight I want to be @, Which is 150. I'll then talk to a Doctor about Excessive Skin Lift. (That's even if I can afford it by then.) If your Happy @ 190, then DO talk to Your Doctor, If not then Wait until You're Done so you don't have to go under the Knife twice.
I don't care what Age you are,If you have 50+ Pounds to Lose, we will see Some kind of Skin Tag.
Sorry, I answered in a Riddle but, it's Your Body.
Good My Teddy Bear Friend,
This is My Biggest Loser Season 10 Team. My Goal is to Lose 50-80 lbs by the Finale. :-) teams.sparkpeople.com/September21te am This is My Husband's & My Own Household Business, If you live in the Portland, Oregon Metro Area & Need help with In/Outdoor Household Chores, We are the Service that can help you. www.coffmanshouseholdservices.com P.S It has been Revised since October 5,2010, Fer those who looked before.
Has anyone had surgery or researched surgery to tighten loose skin? I have lost 60+ lbs in the last 10 months. Since I am over 60 my skin has lost some elasticity. It may be really vain on my part, but the skin under my jawline is now hanging down with no signs of retracting. There are several reasons I have lost the weight. First priority is for health reasons and secondly for appearance reasons. If I feel better, I want to look better as well. As it is when I see pictures of myself it is very disheartening.
Any suggestions one way or the other would be helpful.
