Are you getting all the right nutrients? Do you watch nutrients on the tracker?.
Also, are you doing hour long aerobics? Some authorities say that that kind of aerobics doesn't help lose weight nearly as well as interval training mixed with strength training. Maybe you already know that but just thought I'd mention it.

Also, I wish you were on the Clean Eating team 'cuz there are members on that team that talk about this problem and who know lots more than me.

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Thanks for all your suggestions everyone. I will take my measurements and see if there's a difference. I haven't done that in awhile. I will consider needing more calories as well, I have been working out hard. The program I'm on is loosing 15lbs. by Nov. I'm supposed to burn 430 calories a week and eat between 1250-1500 calories per day. I've been staying in the calorie zone, but I have been burning way more calories than suggested. Thanks for the links to recalculate my BMR.

It may sound strange but maybe you need to eat more. Recalculate your BMR and make sure your fitness calories are causeing a deficite. If you are working out hard you may not be getting enough calories to sustain your normal daily activities plus workout.

What program are you following, MANDYLAHAR?

Hiya MANDYLAHAR.

Have you been taking measurements as well? It could be those numbers tell a different tale than the scale.

Just tossin' the thought out there.

I've been following my program strictly for 3 weeks and I haven't lost a pound. What's up with that? The only thing I could think of is I'm gaining muscle quickly, so the fat loss isn't showing yet. Any thoughts or input?
