Are you getting all the right nutrients? Do you watch nutrients on the tracker?.
Also, are you doing hour long aerobics? Some authorities say that that kind of aerobics doesn't help lose weight nearly as well as interval training mixed with strength training. Maybe you already know that but just thought I'd mention it.
Also, I wish you were on the Clean Eating team 'cuz there are members on that team that talk about this problem and who know lots more than me.
