Laughing Planet is amazing and they do have a nutrition binder right at the register (it even lists -all- the ingredients they use in everything). Love it! Now to just avoid the cookie case ;)

I did, and got a response last night. She said that they have the info in their shops. I guess I should have asked. When I go in there again, I'll get it, and post it here.

You might try e-mailing them to see if they have the nutritional information.

I dropped into Whole Bowl yesterday, when I was starving and had completely neglected to plan dinner for myself and my kiddo. That place really saved my life... They may have only one thing on the menu, and it may just be rice (brown) and beans (black and red), but it was FAST, healthy, delicious, filling... Just what I needed.

Definitely give it a try. And Laughing Planet, too (just watch your portions there! Those burritos may be full of nutritious stuff, but they can be 1000 calories apiece!)

I haven't heard of the Whole Bowl either. I'll have to check it out.

Got it. Google is great. Now I'll have to check out the Whole Bowl next time I'm in town. I live out in the burbs of the burbs by the Sandy River near Sandy/Boring.

Now on to Laughing Planet!
Okay, now I feel so hip and ready to meet the foodies and nice people who gather at great places. Thanks for the "spark"!

Yah, hard to track when you're busy eating such great intractably delicious food! That's why I gave up with the nutrition tracker. I know; danger, danger!! But with good food like that (careful about portion control!) and lots of exercise we're good to go I say!

Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it’s a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they’re terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Okay, I'm a clueless old woman. What the heck is "The Whole Bowl"? Laughing Planet? I think I've heard that before; is it a brand name? ...or...?

Hi guys, I'm wondering if any one here has the nutritional information for The Whole Bowl's big bowl. I ate half of one tonight, and I don't know exactly what to put in my tracker.

I found some information on another website, but I'm not sure if that's their official info or not.

It's weird that neither Whole Bowl nor Laughing Planet has their nutritional information posted. Actually, I heard from Laughing Planet that they will have their info listed within the next couple of weeks.

(If you haven't been to the Whole Bowl, it's great for a quick, healthy meal: http://www.thewholebowl.com/)
