My weight loss has slowed down to about 1/2 pound per week. So The "experts" say move more... So I'll be joining you on the Wii Fit! Trying for 3 days a week. I'm not sure where to squeeze it in as I really enjoy variety in my work outs. I do gym 3 days, 2 mile Walk with Leslie Sansone 3 days, Resistance Band and Stability Ball 3 or 4 days while watching TV, Rebounding (again while watching TV)and take 1 long 5 mile walk on the weekends. Oh, and I try to get in an Water Aerobic class once a week. It's really hard to imagine I used to just sit and read a book or watch TV all evening after work! But I have lost a lot of weight this year, so I'm willing to keep it up.
Okay, time to dig myself out of the "Thanksgiving Hole" LOL.
I found a great eHow article today by contributor Z Padmore, titled, "How to Get Wii Fit." As my own Wii board has gathered some dust lately, and the cold weather is starting to take the fun out of my daily walks, I thought it might be a good time to back in the groove, and wake up my Mii!
