Thank YOU for doing your part! I've worked with a number of charities and homeless centers in the past myself, and I have many years experience in working with the mentally ill community.

Exhausting, but so rewarding, eh? lol

Is your organization something you'd like to add to my Examiner article? I'll be creating a link-list on that page of places in and around Portland that people can volunteer and donate to, in the next couple of days.

Thanx for posting this Perry. I work for a non profit that serves the homeless mentally ill. I never knew how important socks, a warm coat and gloves and food could be to someone.
