I am in serious need of a buddy. I am slow now, and have been sedentary for years, so I am looking for someone equally out to get buff with!
My current plan:
Cardio (mixed run/jog or boot camp style class):Su, Mo, We, Fr, Sa 60/day
Strength training: Tu, Th, Sa 60/day
Anyone want to come with me? PSU student would be great, the Stott is grose, but the track is okay...
