I've never really had a time-sensitive goal before or been in a hurry - just took it easy, etc - not getting any younger tho. Ah, wells... =)

You have to be patient. It s like a race. losing weight is like a marathon and not a sprint. I once weighed 300 pounds and I am now down to 215 pounds. It has taken 3 years to do that. Have you tried tracking your food? that really helped me when I started doing that. good luck to you It can be accomplished. find an exercise that you enjoy and doit.

Hello all!

Quick question, really - not relating to motivation, keeping in mind a steady flow of activities/fitness, etc - is there a tough point somewhere along the way that lbs/inches don't seem to drop as they should?

A little bit of background:
Used to be a fitness freak before I got pregnant - I was active enough that I didn't worry too much about my eating habits (they werent that gory, tbh!) - and recently, I've been trying to get my body back - this is the 2nd time I'm trying in as many years - both times, it seems I can lose maybe 3-5 lbs (maybe!) and then no more? Maybe I'm not being patient enough and it'll be fine - I just thought I'd throw this out there and hear what other people might be going through (?)
