MDK.360, try whey protein instead. It tastes pretty good (esp. if you add in some frozen fruit and/or flaxseed) and you can get some high quality protein grams (20+) for about 100 calories. Best of all, no soy.

I have a rice protein shake for breakfast every morning. Its not flavorful but I drink it because soy protein powder messes with my estrogen levels (which is not good for me or anyone). So I limit my soy intake.
Tofu, beans, rice, eggs, quinoa are also other good protein staples. Some of them are high cal like the quinoa, but they are filling.
