I love to walk and do as much as possible through out the day. I've been doing the New You Bood Camp and am enjoying the videos. I've never used the SP ones before, but I will now. I also love to swim but do not have easy access to a pool.

Since it's so cold and dark in the morning (when I usually workout), I'm trying to get back into exercise videos/DVDs, which has helped me in the past.

Classes at the gym, Boxing is fun and so are the lifting group classes. Find a great instructor, I have a t Ballys in beaverton and its keeping me going.....
In the winter it seems we all stay in our caves (in Portland) so its nice to get out and visit with people exercising!
I have been enjoying getting up to speed as a "runner" (jogger/trotter for normal-length legged people!) I never thought of myself as a runner, but I'm actually enjoying it.
What kind of exercise are you finding fun - and maybe a bit surprised that you like it? Running? Elliptical? Step aerobics? Weight Training?
Let us know. Maybe you're passion for your exercise will inspire someone else to try it!
