Confession to make: well I guess my confession is I have been eating some bad things once in a while, but I have only drank diet drinks only. That's way different than I have been doing for the past 2 years. I can say I have made a stand, and will never try and over do it as much as in the past. That's my confession. Confession is certainly good for the soul! Way to come back and make an even bigger effort to lead a healthier lifestyle. You can do it!

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!

I joined on December 19th, and I confess that I've hardly been using this great online resource.
When I was a member at the local gym, I used to visit frequently. It wasn't just for the health benefits, but the big motivator was $$$ I spend to join. So with that, I was a regular user to the point where people at the counter knew me by name.
This time I'll make a bigger and better effort to use sparkpeople. After all, I did recommend it to all of my friends and family so I might as well use it.
