I'm mostly a rock and "adult contemporary" fan. But I have a little of this and a little of that on my current "mix". So give me your ideas, and I'm sure I'll find several great new songs to workout to!
My iPod is sorely out of date. While I love all the songs on it, they are getting old. I find myself concentrating more on finding another one I like, rather than saying "oooh, good one" and working harder. I would love for everyone to tell me their favorite workout song or two so I can really get moving again!
