Last time i was on was june, i got down to 178 which i hadnt been down too since mid high school. but i let myself fall back into emotional stress. especially in my relationship, and got back up to about 190, where i decided i cant go back too. I noticed someone in my apartment complex has a sparkpeople bumper sticker and i got to thinking i should come back. Ive got a new job and have got my female health in check (big part of the problem) and am ready to be happy and strong again. ive been going to the portland athletic club as a guest and finally decided to just join. My 22 birthday is in 3 weeks and my goal is to be back at 175-178 by then. So im here again for support, and to give support, and to stick to a meal & water plan. Missed you guys!
