I travel a lot. My home club is actually in Salem though I live in N Portland.
I usually hit the N Portland club on Friday afternoon, but sometimes, like this week, I do Friday mornings.
Which club were you thinking about working out at.
I am not the hare. I am the tortoise. I will win my race slowly and steadily, one bite, one step at a time.
I too would love to but can not afford it so I find other ways to work out and I am doing pretty good. I did have a week of sick kids and was not able to meet my goals of sleep or exercise. I am not on track again. I would love companionship but I know that travel is expensive and I live in SE off foster rd.
Baby steps is the way I am going to accomplish my goals.
I want to! But I'm a pore college student! Plus I would not be able to untill aug. 25th or so when school starts. I go to school in the montavilla area.
Update: I joined Curves on SE Hawthorne, thank you to those who responded. I talked my roommate into joining with me. So anyone still interested in working out with a buddy please feel free to join us we go 3 times a week in the early afternoon. I can also bring a guest for free a few times if you want to try it out first to see if you like it. Let me know... Thanks and good luck all, this is a difficult but worthwhile endeavor.

No matter how many times you slip, no matter how far back you slide, no matter how long it takes. Get up brush yourself off and keep going. Your destination will be reached if you keep the journey alive. You can do this.
My first goal:
to get below 300.
My second goal:
to reach 240.
My final goal
To get below 160.
