I have Dance Dance Revolution for my PS2 and I love it. I burn so many calories and I can choose over a hundred different songs. You should try it. It's great for when it is really rainy outside. :)

We only have one life....Enjoy with no regrets.

I know what you mean! I do this at home with headphones on. Dance around for sometimes an hour!

But I don't know of any specific clubs you can go to around here. I know there are a bunch of random places in Portland for music and dancing. I hope someone else can give some ideas.

One thing I really like to do is dance. I used to live in Austin, and I fell in love with a little goth/industrial dance club there. I haven't found anything quite like it here yet, though. :( The next best thing is Plan B on Sunday nights (except I have work the next day, so I don't go often).

What I like is how the music is so loud I can feel my chest vibrate along to the beat (yes, I wear earplugs!), and then the music takes me over. Before I know it, I've been working up a sweat for an hour!

It's also very cathartic, and I usually feel relaxed and content the next day.

The only downside is that if I sit down, guys try to chat me up. Sorry, I'm married (see the ring on my finger?), and I'm here for the music!
