Do you have any strength training moves you want to share?
- My new favorite is tricep extensions on a free motion machine. Oh - and pull ups on an incline (until I can work up to a 'real' pull up).
What's your favorite thing to do for cardio?
- Stairmaster intervals...without holding on!
Is there a particular fitnes class you're addicted to?
- My very favorite fitness class has been cycle. I'd like to try some kick boxing and maybe a shadow boxing class (a new class offered at my gym!)
