exercise not a problem, SLEEP ... well that will be a tough goal for me (hubby snores, wakes me up).

I added two new team goals. Getting at least 8 hours of sleep per night and exercising at least 10 minutes per day.

To join the goal: go to our team page, below the chat topics and you'll see the team's goals. Click "join goal" after the goals you wish to join!

After you join the goal, you can track both on your Other Goals page under My Tools. You just click the orange plus sign for the day and enter in the numer you did.

So if you're tracking sleep, you click the orange plus sign and enter in how many hours of sleep you got.

If you have any questions or comments about the team goals, you may post them here!

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
