Oh my goodness. Fiber.
Well the chilli I like has 25 grams of it! And I like putting it into a tortilla, but that has 11 grams! So those are always my HUGE fiber days.
Otherwise, I really like apples, 4 grams of fiber a piece, vitamuffins, kashi bars, fiber one bars (obviously have fiber!)
I also eat Fiber One for breakfast because I LOVE their raisin bran. I eat a salad almost every day, so the veggies from that have fiber. Whole wheat pasta about 2-3 times a week, FIBER. It's everywhere, it's attacking me! LOL
MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT 5 lbs = 5 lbs
5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!
If nothing tasted as good as being thin felt, no one would ever get fat!
FOOD TASTES GOOD
