That's a great goal! I know I wasn't very excited about listing all of my food. But the whole experience truly opened my eyes as to how much I was eating!!

my challenge this month is to try journaling my food, and it's hard and it is a struggle. I've made exercising a habit, but I'm having a heck of a time journaling my food. However, I'm trying to take it one day at a time.

They are Mission Carb Balance. They are the lowest calorie tortillas I could find (110) and they just happened to come with 11 grams of fiber!

I eat Trader Joe's turkey chili. Good fiber but not that much. And what tortilla do you eat? I haven't found one with that much fiber.

Oh my goodness. Fiber.

Well the chilli I like has 25 grams of it! And I like putting it into a tortilla, but that has 11 grams! So those are always my HUGE fiber days.

Otherwise, I really like apples, 4 grams of fiber a piece, vitamuffins, kashi bars, fiber one bars (obviously have fiber!)

I also eat Fiber One for breakfast because I LOVE their raisin bran. I eat a salad almost every day, so the veggies from that have fiber. Whole wheat pasta about 2-3 times a week, FIBER. It's everywhere, it's attacking me! LOL

Amber, I'm like you with the fiber,when I started tracking I got barely 10 mg a day. I love beans and put them on my salads and look for the most fiber rich breads and cerels, but I'd like to know what you ate that got your fiber intake so high. I have trouble getting past 20 most days.

It's great to be paying attention to what we eat! Now you know where you need to concentrate. =)

Today I did some circuit training and I feel awesome! I've been lacking motivation in the exercise department so I'm glad I forced myself to go to the gym today!

That is so important! Congrats. I'm sure it feels good to be tracking those nutrients. I know when I first started tracking fiber I couldn't believe how little I got. Now I get too much almost every day! I've having to eat less fiber rich stuff! lol

This month I'm basically going to concentrate on hitting the gym more. I used to go twice a day, most days of the week. Now I'm trying to get myself to at least go once a day most days of the week. It seems the closer I've gotten to my goal, the less I think I need to work. When I should be kicking it into high gear!

I am vegan and it is difficult to include enough protein, iron and calcuim without eating too many calories (healthy grains have lots of calories). So my challenge is to meet my nutrient goals while staying in my calorie limits.

This month, the challenge is all about YOU! What are YOUR goals? What is it that you want to track? What do you really want to work on?

You can pick something whether it's logging your food and exercise every day. Whether you want to create or try a new recipe every week. Are you still finding it hard to implement healthier choices in your life? Can't find the time to exercise?

You can pick and track as many things as you want. Every day you post how you're doing on your goals you get 5 points.

It's just that simple! Just post how you're doing to earn the points.
