I will stick to Option 1. I have no problem showing how much I weighed and how much I weigh now. My weight is my challenge and I'm proud to put the old weight ever further behind me with each pound lost.

All who wander are not lost.

That's sort of what I thought. I've been doing it this way for so long that I'm ready to stick with it! It's nice for people who are new and for those who really don't want to broadcast their weight!

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!

That's cool!

Would have loved the feature back when I started. But at this point I am proud to be the weight I am (even though I have not reached my goal).

I just wanted to share a new feature with everyone that the community team heard from Coach Jen. Below is her message:

Hi Everyone!

We launched an enhancement to our weight loss tickers today so that you now have the option to show pounds lost(and goal) instead of your actual weight. If you go to Edit SparkPage and to your ticker section, you will see 2 options:

1 - Show my starting weight, goal weight, and current weight (example starting 180, goal 160, current weight 170)
2 - Show my total pounds to lose and pounds lost (example starting 0, goal 20, pounds lost 10)

Option 1 used to be the only choice (and if you make no changes how your ticker will appear), but you can now change to option 2 if you'd like.

This change was based on feedback from members who preferred not to share their actual weight but still wanted to share in their progress and success.
