that's awesome! I bought a heart rate monitor and determined I'm not burning near as many calories as I thought I was! gotta kick up that exercise!

I second that. So far this week I've got a mini-workout in every day. But haven't had time for a full one. While exercise adds up,(as I can certainly tell because it looks like I'm spending my whole day at the gym when I'm really not) I really want a full on sweat session.

This is a great motivator!
It's the 5th of March and I've worked out every day so far....
I've also managed to drink 8 glasses of water every day.
Most importantly, I talke a few minutes of "me time" each day. It really helps me get centered.

March Challenge. Let's get even healthier this month!

How to Earn Points~

Water:
Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

5 points

Food:
Rev up your metabolism by eating every few hours and "breaking your fast" every morning!

10 points

Snacking:
List what healthy snacks you have each day.

5 points

Fitness:
Every 10 minutes of cardio, strength training, yoga, etc.

5 points per 10 minutes

"Me Time":
Take some time for yourself each day.
(reading, journaling, anything that you find fun and brings you peace etc.)

10 points

Pay It Forward (PIF):
Post Something You learned That would benefit the team daily (Could be recipe, clean eating tips, health tip, new exercise, book you are reading, etc.)
10 POINTS

BONUS POINTS:
Post Your points daily: 2 points per day you post

Logging food/fitness on Spark:
The key to success is tracking the calories we eat and the calories we burn.

5 points total for tracking both daily

Weekly Weigh In:
You can pick a day each week that you reflect on to see if you've lost weight that week. If you have lost at least 1 pound, give yourself 10 points.

If you have any questions feel free to ask! Below is an example of a post.
