well did you get a chance to check it out yet? i've only been to that center once for swimming. otherwise i don't know much about it. I do like to walk the park tho.

It's $40/hour. Plus, they will let you train with a friend for the same price, so then it would be $20/hour

I just recently found out that there are inexpensive personal training sessions available at the Southwest Community Cetner. I'm thinking about trying it out, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had any experience with personal training there - good or bad?
