There's also a gentle yoga class at Portland Community College

Portland State University has a great yoga teacher by the name of Paul Tucker. He teaches "Gentle Yoga" which is a great starter class. If you go to the PE office, you can pay the PE fee without being a student at PSU or registering for the class. It costs $44 for a term, which is about three months. You might not be able to pay the fee for the locker rooms ($21 a term) since you're not a student, but the yoga class doesn't get you too sweaty.

Hi! I need to work on being flexible and decided that Yoga is a good way to go. I want someplace that has a good vibe and it doesn't matter what your body type is. I would prefer someplace either close to home or work. I work in inner SE Portland and live in Hillsboro/Tannasbourne area.
