I think occasionally getting together as a group would be fun and the chatting that would ensue would be encouraging. I'm thinking like... group walk/hike, or even a healthy recipe and strategy exchange. A dinner or lunch to help each other train ourselves to make better decisions when eating out. Things like that.
Something to help motivate and really sink in that we are not alone in our struggle. Pretty much like the Spark site but amplified!
From that, I'm sure people would also find exercise buddies to meet with aside from the group meet.
