Walking for cardio, since i don't have a gym membership (hate gyms) I walk on my way home from work.
During the Spring/Summer/early fall months I commute to work on my Bicycle. (8+ miles/day)
Then 2-3 days a week lifing weights and such. I love strength training.

for fun: yoga

when I'm in calorie blasting mode : various machines at my gym. Mostly the arc trainer and elliptical

5 lbs of muscle simply takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat!

What is your exercise of choice? I think I will be doing housework and laundry. If I get that done, I might just go to the gym or play the Wii
