All right, I have been horrible about my weight loss and exercising. I've come to the conclusion that it is because I am afraid of failing, again. So yesterday, I made four goals.
1. Make healthy food choices;
2. Track my food;
3. Drink all my water; and four
4. Walk for 15 minutes.
Well I made the first three. Then I crashed big time when I got home.
Today, so far, I've made all four goals. Walked for 22 mintues and it didn't kill me. Do any of you have short term goals you would car to share?
