Looks like I'll miss my 30 minutes 6 times a week, but I hope to reach the 180 minutes goal by increasing my gym time the next couple of days. We'll see how it goes.

Saturday was the first time in seven years that I walked for exercise outside. Did two 10 minutes walks up my apartment driveway. Felt wonderful not to feel as if I would fall face first over my own feet. Showed me that losing some weight has indeed helped my diabetic foot drop that prevents me from doing much walking outside.

Did a vast variety of workout tapes this morning to meet part of my goals for today.

30 minute mile Belly Blasting Walk with Leslie Sansone
10 minute Belly Blasting Toning and Shaping with Leslie Sansone
10 minutes arm weights
10 minute arm and shoulder resistant band workout
5 minute abs resistant band workout

This evening I will hit the gym with my mom.

I'm breaking down what I did today for exercise. (Not all of this was active minutes, so it won't show up on my Fitbit.)

Did an 8 minute stability ball workout
Did a 5 minute Belly Blasting workout
Did a 20 minute Toning Upper Circuit Video
Did 5 minute of a Toning Lower Circuit Video
Topped it off with 3 miles of a 5 mile Just Walk Video

Also did 35 minutes on recumbent bike = 8.83 miles.
