JULMATT, I am so happy for you and I know it made a difference in all my blood testing when I just lost 10%. You did great! Don't quit there however because you can feel even better! Use this goal met and start another goal! emoticon

Weigh-in this morning put me down another 3 pounds, giving me a total of 30 pounds since June 2. (Which is a total of 22 since the day I signed up on sparks people.)

The good thing about this is it's my first medium goal met towards my total weight loss amount. On June 2 the doctor told me if I could lose 10% of my body weight (30 Pounds) that I could start to reverse the damage me being extremely overweight did to my liver. I won't know for another 2-4 months if it did, but no matter what I feel healthier, happier, and pleased with myself.
