Honest food tracking. Tracked every morsel that went into my mouth.

Monday I did 30 minutes, even though I felt bad.
Tuesday I did 45 minutes.

Also lowered my insulin amount again. Down from 320 units last July to 25 units a day. Major drop.

8 days of 30 days of 30 minutes of cardio is under my belt. Man I feel awesome and amazed at how well I'm doing at fitting in the 30 minutes around my daily activity. Specially, since mom's been on vacation this week. We've ran all over Winston, but I didn't miss a single day of exercise. Mom joined me for 7 of those days.
