Did an 8 minute stability ball workout
Did a 5 minute Belly Blasting workout
Did a 20 minute Toning Upper Circuit Video
Did 5 minute of a Toning Lower Circuit Video
Topped it off with 3 miles of a 5 mile Just Walk Video

Today was a great day at the gym.
60 minutes treadmill for 3.06 miles
15 recumbent bike for 2.19 miles
Abs and Arm Weights
Did my at home routine of stretches and dumbbells.

Total of 100 minutes of exercise.
