I listed my goals in May and failed to follow through so I'm starting anew.

1. Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day.
2. Log ALL food!
3. Stay within my calorie range
4. Eat better quality foods. I deserve it!
5. Find ways to work around my plantar fasciitis. I joined the Y so I'm taking advantage of water aerobics. Lift weights since I can't get much walking/cardio in.

I've gained almost all of the weight that I lost 2 years ago. I'm determined to get back to goal. Y'all have a great night!

My goals right now are to track my food every day and stay within my range and also to go to the Y to work out at least 4 days every week. If I can do that, I think the weight will continue to slowly come off.

Hope we can all get together sometime soon. If anyone likes hiking or kayaking, just let me know. I'm hoping to get in more hikes this year.

Thanks JENNIEQKA and MIMER for your goals. These are wonderful. Mimer which WS area are you from? We have some members who are close in to town. I am outside the city limits by 6 miles on the north near Rural Hall and Germanton. Posting here is a good way to find an accountability team member. Will try to get the team together soon so we can meet all new members. Does everyone know where the park just off Silas Creek Pkwy , near the Country Club exit is? We met there a couple of times and it seems easy to find for all. In the meantime, I am planning a thread here for you to post your accomplishments so ALL can hold you accountable! emoticon

I have several goals:

1. Leave the cancer episode behind me beginning June 1st.
2. Get back to a more steady exercise routine during June, i.e. at least 3 times 60min a week body pump with at least 2 days of extended walking. I am considering trying to run, just a bit a day. Also thinking of getting myself a bike.
3. I want to lose about 20lbs by the end of August. It will definitely rocket my self-confidence once I reach two figures on my kg scale and move to the safer side of it!
4.I want to involve my family in my health & fitness goals, especially my husband. It's probably the toughest of all things but I am not known as a 'quitter'. I can already envision the two of us many many lbs lighter, fit & healthy for our next year 20th anniversary!

I have several goals,the first of which is to lose 10 pounds by August when I go on a cruise. My second goal is to work out at least four times per week. My third goal is to focus more on just being healthy, rather than fixating on the number on my scale since I think that will help me to not get discouraged and give up if I don't see progress towards losing those 10 pounds right away.
