Thanks for asking. I have been doing great! How about you? I have been good since I recommitted myself to Spark People last November. I have been gradually increasing my Fitness Minutes and keeping track of my Food in the Food Tracker. I still have a ways to go to meet my Long Term Goal but thrilled I have reached several small goals and have completed many challenges.
