I started a weight loss goal right after Thanksgiving and have lost 10 pounds so far.
I was at my goal last year and have been on a gradual incline this year after
having surgery. 2013 I hope to get back to where I was and also start running again.
I would like to get back to Long Distance Running.

As we head toward the New Year, I've been thinking about the past year, and looking ahead to what I want to do (differently) in 2013. Have you been thinking the same thing? If so, and you'd like to share, here's the place!
I've gained weight instead of losing weight this year, so dropping weight in 2013 is a big goal for me! I'm also looking forward to regular exercise again, once I finish physical therapy.
