2/24 Walked 1.89 miles + 30 minutes weight training with personal trainer - lower body
2/27 Walked 1.90 miles during lunch hour
2/28 Walked 1.60 miles + 30 minutes weight training with personal trainer - upper body
3/1 Walked 1.81 miles during lunch hour

Hamstring issue seems to be improving.

On Saturday I did 30 minutes personal training (upper body) and 30 minutes cardio. Sunday I did a lot of heavy housework and climbing up and down stairs. Today I walked 1.6 miles on my lunch hour.

I walked 1.84 miles on my lunch hour at 16:12 min/mile. A little slow but I'm ok with that...it felt great to be outside walking again!

Are you going to be laid up for a while after? Nothing serious, I hope...
