Started the day with 30 minutes of yoga, then walked to the gym... brrrrrr... ran almost 6 miles on the treadmill, plus some time on the bike and weights, came home and walked the dog, then worked out to stay warm until my heat kicked in more. I guess Winter is really, truly here.
