Wow! I can not imagine walking for 4 hours anymore.

I did a heavy cleaning of the house and have been helping clear out my aunt's house - lots of moving of boxes and appliances- great strength training.

Started the day with a 90 minute walk with the dog (it was so cold!), an hour on the bike, and 45 minute WATP workout, before going to the gym... 65 minutes treadmill, 65 minutes elliuptical, and weights... Took the dog for a long walk this morning. Some people clear their sidewalks, and some don't... so some of the time we had to walk in the road. Also today I did some ST, yoga, and I will hop on the rower and bike in a little bit.

Went to the gym early... treadmill, elliptical, weights... came home and walked the dog 4 miles, did some more ST, yoga, WATP, 2 Spark videos. Still have to walk the dog 2 more times and I will probably get on the bike for a while.
