Walked 1.59 miles at an average pace of 16:05 during lunch hour.
Personal Training tonight - 30 minutes.

Only down 8.5 lbs on WTFChef so far. Not sure why I stopped losing weight.

Just stopped in to say hello. Took a not-as-long-as-usual walk at lunch hour today and enjoyed the sun shining for a change. I worked a lot, mowed the lawn, did yard work and much cleaning over the weekend, unfortunately trading cycling time for garden-cleanup time. It needs to be done. Hopefully by next weekend I will have my new work out area in my basement complete. Have a great week!

Thanks! I think it's motivational to see everyone working out (I belong to various teams). Hopefully others will join in!

I walked 30 minutes during lunch hour and just got back from a bike ride, 11.44 miles.
I thought I was too tired to go but I did it anyway.

Hello! I haven't posted in a while. I really need to lighten my schedule!

4/24 walk during lunch hour (1.89 mi at 15:27 min/mi)
4/25 30 minutes personal training, lower body/abs/...ok, he really beat me up this time! LOL
4/26 walk during lunch hour (1.80 mi at 16:28 min/mi - duration 29:42)
4/27 walk during lunch hour (1.86 mi at 16:06 min/mi - duration 29:56)

Later, I plan to walk during lunch hour and get out on my bike for an hour or so after work.

I've lost 5 lbs total doing the WTFChef food plan so far. I have more energy and feel great!
