Day 2 of tracking my food again.
Day 1 was great up until dinner time, then I blew it!
Day 2 is going good and I intend on keeping it good!
I am writing in a journal what I eat then come to the comp and track it on here. I figure, when I cant log in and track (say like at school) I can at least be aware of whats going in my mouth.
My goal is to lose 10lbs by the 17th. I finally broke up my weight loss goal into many much smaller incriments. I am going to put my procrastination and last min cramming abilities to work for myself by losing this weight in smaller portions instead of procrastinating the hundred plus pounds away until August. (I am taking an EMT course in August and want to be down 100lbs by December of this year so I am work ready. Cant lift and move injured people if I cant lift and move myself right?)
So yeah, as of 11:05 am, I am on track!
