Just dropping a line to see how my team mates are doing these days. Fall is in the air. The kids are back in school. Some of us are able to carve out one hour to get some exercise in, even if it's just walking. Yes, mall walking does count! I'm racking up 10,000 steps a day! It's easy after I get my 3 miles done in the morning - that takes care of 8,000+ right there. The rest comes pretty easily as I go throughout my day.
