I must say that since Thanksgiving I have fallen OFF the wagon. Its hard to get the energy to go when its dark at 5PM and freezing outside. I do so much better in the summer! I need motivation to keep up the momentum in the winter!

I've been going to the gym at least 4 times/week. It's hard with two kids but i feel so much better when I go!

Just dropping a line to see how my team mates are doing these days. Fall is in the air. The kids are back in school. Some of us are able to carve out one hour to get some exercise in, even if it's just walking. Yes, mall walking does count! I'm racking up 10,000 steps a day! It's easy after I get my 3 miles done in the morning - that takes care of 8,000+ right there. The rest comes pretty easily as I go throughout my day.
