It's that time of year again. The kids are back in school and we now have a few moments to ourselves. What to do, what to do. Since they're going back to school, i'm going back to basics. My portions - CUT IN HALF. Water - 4 16-oz bottles or 8 cups. Walking - 3 miles including 10,000 steps per day. Rest - 8 hours. NO EXCUSES!
