Since April, i've been on a serious grind - exercising daily (except Sundays) and eating smaller portions AND cutting waaaay down on carbs. So far the results are amazing! I have lost weight, my clothes fit less tight and i can walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. I'm not gonna sugar-coat it- it has been rough! I haven't had a drink since January and i haven't tasted cake or candy either. I've even learned to enjoy my coffee and teas without a sweetener. Imagine that!
