Congrats! I've been struggling since I had my baby. I'm breast feeding and that's not even helping! Now I'm back on my workout grind but am struggling with the diet. I'm ALWAYS hungry! What are your meals like?

Since April, i've been on a serious grind - exercising daily (except Sundays) and eating smaller portions AND cutting waaaay down on carbs. So far the results are amazing! I have lost weight, my clothes fit less tight and i can walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing. I'm not gonna sugar-coat it- it has been rough! I haven't had a drink since January and i haven't tasted cake or candy either. I've even learned to enjoy my coffee and teas without a sweetener. Imagine that! So how's it been for you?
